6.4 The licence in clause 6.3 does not permit us to use your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve our own AI or machine learning models, except as expressly stated in the applicable Product Schedule or as separately agreed in writing.

6.5 If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests relating to any Product, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution. 7. Fees and Billing

7.1 Some Products or features are available only on payment of fees as set out on the applicable pricing page.

7.2 Fees are displayed and charged in your local currency where supported (for example, Australian dollars for Australian customers), and otherwise in United States dollars (USD). The applicable currency is shown at checkout.

7.3 All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or government charges (including GST, VAT, and sales tax). You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase, other than taxes on our net income. If we are required by law to collect or remit taxes on your behalf, those amounts will be added to your invoice or charged at the time of payment.

7.4 We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. Your use of those services is governed by the relevant payment processor’s own terms and privacy policies.

7.5 Fees are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, other applicable law, or as expressly stated in the applicable Product Schedule.

If we discontinue a free tier entirely, we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice where practicable.

7.8 Where a Subscription automatically renews and applicable law requires advance notice of renewal or negative-option disclosure, we will provide that notice before the applicable renewal date. You may cancel a Subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

7.9 Where applicable consumer protection law provides you with a right to cancel, withdraw from, or obtain a refund for a Subscription within a specified period after purchase or renewal (including any statutory cooling-off period), that right applies in addition to the cancellation rights in these Master Terms. If you exercise a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, we will process any refund to which you are entitled in accordance with applicable law.

7.10 If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access in accordance with clause 18.

10.1 We may designate certain features, products, or services as beta, early access, preview, or pre-release. Such features are provided as-is, may contain errors, may change materially or be discontinued at any time, and do not carry the same warranties, service levels, or commitments as generally available features. We may impose additional terms or usage limits on beta features. Your use of a beta feature does not entitle you to the continued availability of that feature in its current form.
